Come join Hayley Ackroyd, the Sustainability and Resilience Officer at Waverley Council, to hear about the current state of our local circular economy, the innovative solutions Waverley Council is implementing to facilitate our transition to a more circular community, and small changes you can make to prolong the life of your beloved items. We will talk about food waste and the current FOGO roll-out, how to use and reuse your items, the importance of repair and the community cohesion it creates, and how and where to sustainably dispose of or recycle your unwanted goods.
