Friendship in Adulthood

Interactive workshop with AJ Tennant

“Friendship is the golden thread that ties the heart of all the world.”

From the ancient Greeks to the TikTok geeks, friendships have changed a lot – but they have never been more important than right now. So why, as we get older, does making and keeping our friendships strong get infinitely harder? This workshop looks at how friendship feeds our soul and binds our community.  We’ll reveal the science and principles of friendship – why they matter so much and what the social and psychological challenges are for us as adults. Discussions and exercises on how to:

  • develop new friendships
  • keep and sustain the ones we already have
  • be better friends to those in our lives
  • plan for growing each of our friendship circles.
