Transition Bondi will tap into the wonderful resource of Festival -Talks recently screened at the Festival of Wild and Kind Ideas in May 2026. This was a 6-day festival featuring 40 inspiring thinkers, doers and creatives from around the world exploring wild and kind ideas.

It was hosted by Morag Gamble, founder of the Permaculture Education Institute.
Festival-Talk #1 “How Ancient Stories Can Guide Us” with Tyson Yunkaporta.
Monday June 22, 6.30-8pm online and in person. Pot-luck dinner at 6pm, film at 6.30pm (Bondi location tbc on registration)

Tyson Yunkaporta is an Indigenous skolar (Apalech clan (Wik) Lostmob Nungar) working with Indigenous Systems Knowledge and collective Indigenous inquiry methods inflected with complexity science to resolve global existential threats and issues in regenerative design responses to crises.

By donation (suggested $10) 50% to trusted local projects via PEI registered charity, Ethos Foundation and 50% to Transition Bondi
